What kind of care does Elk Ridge provide?
We provide assisted living with two levels of all-inclusive care under one roof. From help with daily routines to more hands-on personal care, we adjust the level of support as needs grow, without moving your loved one out of the home they know.
What's included in the monthly rate?
Care is all-inclusive. Your rate depends on which of our two levels of care your loved one needs. Meals, housekeeping, laundry, activities, and personal care are all part of the home, with no surprise add-ons.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. We accept the Medicaid New Choice Waiver. Call or text us and we'll walk you through what it covers.
What are the rooms like?
Every resident has a private room with a walk-in shower, hardwood floors, and big windows looking out on the valley. We invite residents to bring their own furniture, photos, and bedding so the space feels familiar from the start.
Is someone there at night?
Yes. Our team provides thorough, thoughtful care around the clock. We also coordinate medical, home health, and hospice services when they're needed.

We're at 218 W Olympic Lane in Elk Ridge, Utah, up above Salem and Payson, serving families across the south Utah Valley, including Salem, Payson, and Spanish Fork.
